    You can take product review of your product from our business page and easily can see your ratings. For this you have to login into panel as service provider/product seller. Then there will be category in left side. Click on review and now you can see review against your product.

  • How do I place a cancellation request on ClickUsIndia?

    Click on cancel link against your order in My account. Choose cancellation option and fill in the required details. Once the cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed on priority.

  • How can I return the item received from ClickUsIndia?

    Create a return/replacement request online. You can replace the product bought on ClickUsIndia within 7-days of delivery. For this you have to ensure us that product is not used or damaged for this you have to make a video and will send to us. After then, login to your ClickUsIndia account and go to My Orders section.

    Select the item you wish to replace and click on the Return/Replace link against the order. Choose return/replacement option and fill in the required details. Once the return/replacement request is created, we will ensure that it is processed as soon as possible.

  • How can we login into ClickUsIndia panel?

    There is category in footer of of ClickUsIndia website that is Merchant login. After opening of login panel, then there is two category like service provider or product seller. You have to choose one of them and complete the details into panel which are asking. Then you can see ClickUsIndia login panel.

    If you want to promote your business then you can easily give advertisement. This will happen in simply click method. For this, login into ClickUsIndia panel as service provider/product seller then you will see category at left side. Click on advertisement request category. Then fill out the details for which you want to add in the advertisement. Click on “Add new”.

  • If we want some discount offer then what will we do?

    This is very simple. ClickUsIndia provides you coupon facility with product also. You can see your coupon details within single click. For this, you have to login into our panel as Service provider/Product seller. You will see different category at left side. Then simply click on Coupon view. Now you can see coupon details.

  • How can we see tracking of our product?

     If you want to see tracking of your product, then you have to simply click on “product request status” which will present on category of “register buyer”.After then you can see tracking of your product. 

  • If we have to request for product then what will we do?

    For this you have to login into panel, then simple go to register buyer. Now simply click on “product request” and fill out the details which you want and click on submit.

  • How can we recharge our wallet?

    If you want to recharge our wallet then you have to login into panel. Then simply click on go to and choose register buyer. Now click on wallet upgrade. From this you can recharge your wallet.

  • How can we check our wallet amount?

    For this you have to login into panel then simply click on “Go to” category on left side. Then click on “Register Buyer”. A window will appear in front of you. Then simply click on wallet details. Now you can see your wallet amount.

  • How can we send message to different business organization without making group?

    For this you have to login into panel and then simply click on message category. Then you will see there two subcategory “Send and View message”. Then simply click on it and fill out details like business name, subject and message and click on send.

     

  • If we wanted to make group and to do work in group then what will we do?

    If you have to make a group then simply login into panel then click on “merchant group” category which will be in left side. Simply click on it then you will see other business name, where you can send any message to them and can make a group.

  • How can we switch panel?

    If you want to switch panel then simply login into panel and there will be “Go to” category in left side. Then simply click on it from which you can change your category.

  • How can we register into ClickUsIndia panel?

    If you have to register into login panel then you have to click “merchant register” category which is in footer of website. Then fill out the details of register account like your business name and many more. Then simply click on register.

  • If we want help guide in login panel then what will we do?

    If you want help guide in login panel then you have to simply login into panel as an service provider/ product seller. Then you will see our help guide which will help you in merchant login.

  • If we have to change our login password then how can we change this?

    This will happen in just a second, for this you have to login into panel then simple click on “business profile”. Then you will see “change password” panel. Now fill the password which you want and press submit.

  • How can we check our ratings to know for business growth?

    If you have to check your business ratings then you have to simply login into ClickUsIndia panel then you will see categories at left side then click on “Ratings”. Now you can see your business ratings, and then search your business. Then you will your business ratings.

  • Are the products are customized for customers?

    Yes the products and services which you will demand from this site will be customized. There are better quality of products and services.   • If we forgot our password then how can we reveal this problem?

    If you wanted to login into panel and wanted to add details and you forgot you password Then you have to click forget password and after that an OTP will be generate.
